Fenix Resources (ASX:FEX) said Executive Chair John Paul Welborn acquired 250,000 company shares through on-market trades for AU$119,750, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Welborn now owns 22.8 million ordinary shares and 45 million performance rights, the filing said.
