Foresight News 消息，澳大利亚联邦法院裁定矿企 NGS Group、NGS Crypto 及 NGS Digital 无牌经营并运行未注册投资计划，涉及超 450 名投资者、约 5900 万澳元资金，法院已下令强制清算并永久禁止其开展金融服务业务。法院指出，公司严重违反《公司法》并缺乏对投资者资产的管理可信度，部分资金来自自管退休基金（SMSF），加剧风险。ASIC 对公司及未注册管理投资计划提出清算申请，认为清算程序及清算人任命是促进公司在澳事务有序解决、将可追回资产（包括接收人持有的资产）返还投资者的最佳途径。
