ChainCatcher 消息，联邦法院裁定 NGS Group Limited 及其关联公司 NGS Crypto 和 NGS Digital 在未持有澳大利亚金融服务牌照 (AFS) 的情况下非法经营金融服务业务，现已被永久禁止从事相关业务并被勒令清算。
据悉，约 450 名澳大利亚投资者通过这些公司投资了约 5900 万澳元，其中多数是通过 NGS 鼓励设立的自我管理养老金基金进行投资。法院已任命 McGrath Nicol 的专业人士作为清算人，负责处理公司资产并尽可能将资金返还给投资者。ASIC 副主席 Sarah Court 表示，NGS 公司完全无视澳大利亚金融服务法律，使投资者失去了基本保障。ASIC 对该公司及其董事的调查仍在进行中。
