Skylark Minerals (ASX:SKM) has formally notified Greenland's Minerals Licensing and Safety Authority of its decision to relinquish License 2016-30, which contains the fully impaired Citronen Project, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company will now close its local operations in Greenland, the filing added.
