花旗集团周一表示，其董事会已批准将其在俄罗斯的剩余业务AO Citibank出售给投资银行文艺复兴资本公司（Renaissance Capital）的计划，此举将导致当前季度计入税前亏损约12亿美元。

　　根据花旗提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的一份文件，此项交易预计将于2026年上半年签署并完成。

　　花旗表示，与出售相关的损失可能会发生进一步变化，包括外汇变动的结果。

　　从2025年第四季度开始，花旗将把其在俄罗斯的剩余业务归类为“待售”。

　　上个月，俄罗斯政府批准文艺复兴资本收购花旗银行在俄罗斯的业务。

　　2022年8月，花旗银行宣布，作为其减少在俄罗斯业务和风险敞口的持续努力的一部分，正在逐步减少其消费者银行业务和当地商业银行业务。
