智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月29日，信能低碳(00145)股东将股票由粤商国际证券转入香港上海汇丰银行，转仓市值1260.91万港元，占比12.99%。
12月4日，公司发布公告，截至2025年12月1日(星期一)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)已接获暂定配额通知书项下合共9份有效申请及接纳，涉及合共2560.92万股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约20.98%。
余下9605.7万股未获认购供股股份及40.11万股除外股东未售出供股股份(统称配售股份)(相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约79.02%)将拨入补偿安排处理。
