智通财经APP讯，康大食品(00834)发布公告，自2025年12月30日起：高思诗先生已获委任为执行董事及董事会主席;高岩绪先生已获委任为行政总裁;孙钢先生、霍伟雄先生及刘碧琪女士已获委任为独立非执行董事; 郎颖女士辞任执行董事及董事会主席;及华石先生、李莹女士及王程先生辞任独立非执行董事。
紧随变更董事后：郎颖女士不再担任本公司提名委员会主席;华石先生不再担任本公司薪酬委员会主席、本公司审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员; 李莹女士不再担任审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员;及王程先生不再担任审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员。
董事会另宣布，高岩绪先生已与区咏诗女士共同获委任为上市规则第 3.05条所规定的本公司授权代表，郎颖女士则不再担任本公司授权代表，自2025年12月30日起生效。
