News Corp. (ASX:NWS) repurchased 70,004 of its class A common stock for around $1.8 million and 30,474 of its class B common stock for around $909,652 as part of its buyback program, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It has authorization to acquire up to an aggregate of $1 billion of its Nasdaq-listed class A common stock and class B common stock under the 2021 repurchase program and an aggregate of $1 billion under the 2025 repurchase program.
