BlockBeats 消息，12 月 30 日，据官方消息，比特币矿商灿谷集团宣布，Enduring Wealth Capital Limited（EWCL）决定增持灿谷集团 B 类普通股，EWCL 持有灿谷集团约 36.68% 的已发行股份总投票权，并决定以现金认购灿谷集团额外的 B 类普通股。
根据灿谷集团与 EWCL 于 2025 年 12 月 29 日签署的投资协议，灿谷集团将向 EWCL 发行并交付 7,000,000 股 B 类普通股，每股享有 20 票表决权。EWCL 将认购并购买这些股份，总购买价格为 10,500,000 美元，即每股价格为 1.5 美元。
此次投资将实现灿谷集团与 EWCL 的深层资源绑定，EWCL 及其背后的管理团队拥有深厚的加密矿业与算力基建背景，将为灿谷集团的 50 EH/s 算力运营及 AI 转型提供核心资源支持。并且进一步增强了灿谷集团的资金储备，为 其 2026 年扩张 AI/HPC 业务储备充足资金。
市场方面，此举验证了 Greenridge 等机构对公司 4.00 美元目标价的价值判断，即灿谷目前的资产价值，包括 BTC 储备和算力设备的估值被严重低估。
