智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2025年12月31日，卖方Seacon Shanghai Ltd(公司的间接全资附属公司)及买方Dexter Navigation Ltd订立协议，买方同意购买该船舶，代价最高为2670万美元。该船舶是一艘于2019年建造的总吨位为44,038吨的散货船。
该船舶目前由拥有人太平十九号(天津)航运租赁有限公司根据光船租赁出租予卖方。卖方拟于交付日期之前根据光船租赁的条款通过行使购买选择权按购买选择权价格购买该船舶。卖方透过行使购买选择权拟购买的该船舶应根据协议进一步交付予买方。
出售事项以及行使购买选择权符合集团的持续战略，即维持船队组合均衡，以优化其船队。董事认为，出售事项为以合理价格出售该船舶的机会，这将使集团能够改善其营运资金状况，进一步加强其流动性，并为收购新船舶提供资金，以优化集团的船队组合。公司将持续注视航运业的现行市场状况，并监察及适时调整集团的船队组合。
