2025年12月30日，Physical AI第一股北京五一视界数字孪生科技股份有限公司（以下简称“五一视界”）正式于香港联交所主板挂牌上市。此次五一视界全球发售以每股30.50港元定价，发行总规模约为9，398万美元。国际配售与香港公开发售均获得多倍超额认购。华泰国际于本次发行中担任联席保荐人、整体协调人、联席全球协调人、联席账簿管理人及联席牵头经办人。
五一视界围绕3D图形、模拟仿真及人工智能三大领域的技术发展核心竞争力，为不同规模及行业的企业提供数字孪生解决方案。行业解决方案涵盖十多个领域，例如城市、水资源保护、能源、汽车、交通、机器人、娱乐及社交媒体。本次上市是五一视界融入国际资本市场的重要举措，通过国际资本市场平台赋能，五一视界将进一步打造全球化品牌形象、深化国际化战略布局。
