智通财经APP讯，青岛控股(00499)发布公告，尹德胜先生(尹先生)及李雪先生(李先生)已根据本公司有关独立非执行董事任期的企业管治守则规定辞任本公司独立非执行董事(独立非执行董事)，自2025年12月29日起生效，该辞任符合香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则。
董事会欣然宣布，于上文所披露李先生辞任后，祁艳女士(祁女士，自2025年6月27日起为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员)已获委任为审核委员会主席，自2025年12月29日起生效。
