智通财经APP讯，湾区发展(00737)发布公告，经通过广州公共资源交易中心进行公开招标及投标程序后，广深珠公司选定保利长大为中标单位，并于2025年12月29日(交易时段后)与其订立萝岗施工合同(TJ1标段)。根据萝岗施工合同(TJ1标段)，保利长大同意承接萝岗立交改造工程于萝岗 TJ1 标段的施工工程，签约合同价为人民币7.75亿元。
标的事项：保利长大(作为承建商)将承接萝岗立交改造工程自 K13+200 起始至 K15+650 终止的路段，总长约 2.456 公里(即 TJ1 标段)的道路路基、路面、桥梁、隧道、上盖结构桩基及承台、交通安全设施及管线迁改工程。
高速公路的投资、建设、营运和维护为本集团的主要业务之一。订立萝岗施工合同(TJ1标段)为实施经广东省发展和改革委员会于2022年3月9日批准的萝岗立交改造工程的一部分。萝岗立交为京港澳高速公路广州至深圳段沿线其中一个立交接点。实施萝岗立交改造工程，将有助于提升京港澳高速公路广州至深圳段的通行能力和服务水平，壮大本集团在收费公路行业的核心竞争力，符合本集团的发展战略。
