智通财经APP讯，集信国控(08629)发布公告，于2025年12月29日，公司与卖方高州市安健国有资产经营有限公司订立股权转让协议，卖方有条件同意出售目标公司高州市高信工程检测有限公司的51%股权，总代价为人民币1071万元。于完成后，目标公司将成为公司的非全资附属公司，且目标公司的财务业绩将于集团财务报表内综合入账。
目标公司主要于高州市从事提供建设工程检测检验服务。
董事会正积极考虑及发掘扩充至粤西其他城市的机会。经详细研究及与目标公司讨论后，董事相信高州市的检测检验服务需求强劲。目标公司为一家具备所需资格的成熟企业、已建立客户基础及经验丰富的营运团队。董事会认为，收购事项可让公司及目标公司利用公司于提供建设工程检测检验服务的丰富经验以及目标公司在高州市的稳固地位，发展高州市的检测检验服务市场。
