南财智讯12月31日电，三巽集团（06611.HK）公告，应本公司要求，本公司股份已自2025年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至达成复牌指引及作出任何补充或修订为止。公司表示，尚未能刊发截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩及2024年年报，以及截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩及2025年中期报告，主要由于部分销售合同签署版、物业交付证明文件、成本结算单据仍在收集过程中，若干项目减值测试的支持文件及第三方估值报告尚待核数师确认，相关合同条款的全面审阅及收入确认时点的厘定工作仍在进行，部分关键银行询证函及重要合作方的审计询证函尚未获取回复，管理层正在最终定稿未来现金流预测以支持持续经营能力评估。董事会预计将于2026年5月底前完成并刊发2024年年度业绩及2024年年报，并预计不迟于2026年6月底前刊发2025年中期业绩及2025年中期报告。公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时务请审慎行事。
