12月29日，中国中车（601766/01766）发布公告，公司全资子公司中车资本管理有限公司拟与中车国创（北京）私募基金管理有限公司及其他出资人共同设立华舆甬元战新（宁波）股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙），各合伙人认缴出资总额为12亿元，其中中车资本认缴3.5亿元。
本次投资不构成关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组，未达到董事会和股东会审议标准。中车资本与上述合伙人约定投资期限为9年，投资期5年，退出期3年。
基金重点投资于清洁能源装备、新能源装备、新能源汽车上下游产业链、数智产业、海工装备、低空经济等战略性新兴产业。本次投资预计对公司本年度业绩无重大影响，但可能存在投资回收期较长及其他投资风险。
2025年前三季度，中国中车实现收入1838.65亿元，归母净利润99.64亿元。
