新浪科技讯 12月29日下午消息，近日，2025年同城即时物流行业年会上，淘宝闪购副总裁陈浩表示，平台将坚决投入、加大投入、长期投入即时物流新基建，继续夯实骑士保障、持续推进职业化进程，带来一站式即时生活服务。

　　据介绍，随着完成品牌融合焕新，实现商品、库存、运力、营销一体化协同，淘宝闪购正持续夯实物流服务基建。通过深耕全时段消费场景，淘宝闪购高效的配送服务正在重构“时间×空间×需求”，让消费者24小时随心点、随心享。

　　数据显示，依托门店、闪购仓、品与AI超算能力，淘宝闪购让“对的商品”在“对的时间”出现在“对的地点”，过去一年上线了30多万家门店，闪购仓拥有超1万8千个SKU，品牌商全面入局；8月，淘宝闪购日均活跃骑士超200万人，平台日订单峰值达1.2亿单，月度交易买家数突破3亿。

　　其中，淘宝闪购推出业内首个AI助手，每位骑士只要动动嘴，就能通过语音实时获得帮助，骑士AI助手可以在几秒钟内给出贴心提醒和服务。从安全求助、咨询申诉到快速响应，目前每天已主动服务超过6000万次。
