智通财经APP讯，环球数码创意(08271)发布公告，徐量先生因已达退休年龄，其希望投放更多时间于其他个人事务，决定退任公司执行董事。据此，徐先生将不再担任公司之董事会主席、执行委员会及提名委员会之主席及成员、薪酬委员会之副主席及成员、香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下公司的授权代表、根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下及GEM上市规则第24.05(2)条规定代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件和通知书的授权代表及不再担任按当时的GEM上市规则第5.19条(该条自2024年1月1日起已废除)项下的公司监察主任等职务，上述退任自2026年1月1日起生效。
紧随徐先生之退休，董事会进一步宣布公司执行董事兼董事总经理冯先槐先生获委任为公司董事会主席、执行委员会及提名委员会之主席及成员，以及薪酬委员会之副主席及成员的职务，由2026年1月1日起生效。
紧随徐先生退任，冯先生获委任为公司授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，以上变更自2026年1月1日起生效。
