智通财经APP讯，大同集团(00544)公布，于2025年12月30日，公司订立一份不具法律约束力的意向书，据此，公司透过一间直接或间接全资附属公司，预期将与一名第三方(合资伙伴)于美国特拉华州成立合资实体。合资企业预计由公司的附属公司拥有 60%权益，合资伙伴拥有40%权益; 合资企业预计向两名卖方收购位于美国的两处数据中心，该等资产现用于为客户的比特币挖矿提供服务。目标资产的总计产能为30兆瓦。潜在收购事项的总代价预计为1140万美元。

公告称，目标资产需运作专用仓库设施以存放计算设备、管理庞大电力负载，并维护精密的温控系统。该等因素亦是集团现行冷冻仓库业务的关键所在。因此，董事会认为潜在收购事项代表集团在管理高能耗工业基础设施领域核心专长的战略性延伸。通过潜在收购事项，集团计划转型为多元化高端仓储基础设施营运商，为各类资产提供精密、稳定且温控的环境。该“基础设施即服务”模式将突破集团现行食品及饮料业务的限制，预期可透过空间租赁及电力管理费用产生稳定的经常性收入。
