智通财经APP讯，赛目科技(02571)公布，董事会于2025年12月30日审议及批准公司若干股东所持公司65,081,360股境内非上市股份(占截至本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约48.81%)转换为公司H股(H股全流通)。于取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会的备案通知)及遵守所有适用法律、规则及法规后，该等境内非上市股份将转换为公司H股，而公司将向联交所申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
根据本公司的公司章程，H股全流通及转换并上市毋须召开股东大会作批准。截至本公告日期，公司尚未向中国证监会提交H股全流通备案申请，转换及上市的实施计划详情尚未落实。
