智通财经APP讯，精优药业(00858)公布，于2025年12月30日，长春精优( 该公司拥有80.46%权益的间接非全资附属公司)拟向长春市韩都鼎业房地产策划销售有限公司回购长春精优约10.06%股权，代价为人民币440万元。于股份回购完成后，回购股份将予注销，而股东于长春精优的持股比例于股份注销后将按比例增加，因此集团于长春精优的股权将增加至89.46%。于股份回购及股份注销后，长春精优将继续为集团的间接非全资附属公司。
董事会认为，股份回购为集团提供适当时机，在不影响长春精优及集团正常业务营运的情况下，利用长春精优自有现金资源进一步巩固其对长春精优的控制及所有权，并预期股份回购将提升长春精优的每股盈利。
