智通财经APP讯，首都信息(01075)公布，数字认证出售事项已于2025年12月30日完成。公司在本次减持计划期间内以集中竞价、大宗交易方式分别减持数字认证股份270万股，占数字认证总股本各1%。累计减持数字认证股份540万股，合计占数字认证总股本2%。公司本次通过集中竞价方式减持的价格区间为人民币28.18元╱股至人民币31.63元╱股，通过大宗交易方式减持的价格区间为人民币25.62元╱股至人民币28.60元╱股，出售事项的总代价约为人民币1.54亿元，本次股份减持计划实施完毕。于数字认证出售事项完毕后，公司继续持有数字认证24.24%股份。董事会认为，本次减持符合公司及股东的整体利益，并不会对公司的业务及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
