12月30日下午消息，近日，西贝发布内部信，信中贾国龙夫人张丽平表示：“12月咱们员工宿舍也都全面升级，贾国龙说大家回到宿舍能睡个好觉最重要，所以我们一起挑选了一款好枕头送给大家；枕头我试用过的，人体工学设计，面料亲肤，枕感舒适。”
张丽平还提到，贝爱公益也为伙伴们请了心理老师，开启“西贝深度睡眠计划”，传授一些实用的助眠方法，配合着好枕头，希望大家睡得好、睡得香。
针对此消息，西贝公关部回应称：属实，枕头属于内部福利。
据了解，枕头的发放对象仅限住宿舍的西贝员工。对于不住宿舍的员工，西贝每月会发放200至1000元不等的住宿津贴。
根据西贝员工在社交平台发布的视频，此次西贝发给员工的枕头是亚朵星球的慢回弹记忆绵枕。亚朵星球官网显示，该款枕头单只装活动价为164元起。
