Wee Hur (SGX:E3B) through its subsidiary, Wee Hur Property, commenced members' voluntary liquidation of stepdown subsidiary, Fernvale Green, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The liquidation of the dormant subsidiary is not expected to impact the company's earnings for the year ending Dec. 31.
