Shangri-La Asia (SGX:S07, HKG:0069) and Kerry Hotel Pudong in Shanghai agreed to extend their hotel services agreements for an additional three years, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the hotel management services provider were down nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.
The agreements include a hotel management, training services and proprietary technology services.
