南方财经12月29日电，天眼查App显示，近日，上海哔哩哔哩电竞信息科技有限公司发生工商变更，陈悠悠、徐逸、陈光耀等退出股东行列，陈睿卸任财务负责人，由陈嘉瑞接任，同时注册资本由约155万人民币减至118万人民币。上海哔哩哔哩电竞信息科技有限公司成立于2018年2月，法定代表人为林青，经营范围包括动漫游戏开发、文化娱乐经纪人服务、文艺创作等，现由上海哔哩哔哩动画有限公司、朱轶晨、上海哔哩哔哩科技有限公司共同持股。变更记录显示，今年3月，陈睿卸任该公司法定代表人。近期，陈睿已卸任上海哔哩哔哩科技有限公司、哆啦哔梦（上海）文化传播有限公司等公司职务。
