BlockBeats 消息，12 月 30 日，据美通社报道，比特币矿企 Cango Inc.（CANG）宣布获得 Enduring Wealth Capital Limited（EWCL）1050 万美元投资。EWCL 将以每股 1.50 美元认购 700 万股 B 类普通股，每股拥有 20 票投票权。交易完成后，EWCL 在 Cango 的持股比例预计将从约 2.81% 增至约 4.69%，投票权将从约 36.68% 增至约 49.61%。
Cango CEO Paul Yu 表示，这笔资金将用于加强比特币挖矿运营能力，提高算力效率，升级矿机设备，并选择性地收购战略性挖矿资产。
