SUTL Enterprise (SGX:BHU) subsidiary, ONE15 Marina KB, signed a put and call option agreement with Keppel Bay, to acquire property and assets at the Marina at Keppel Bay, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The assets include various land lots and foreshore lease, with the agreement signed for a consideration of SG$40 million.
The acquisition is a strategic move by the company as it seeks opportunities to invest in new and existing marinas.
