Argenica Therapeutics (ASX:AGN) said Dianne Angus has notified its board of her decision to step down as non-executive chair, effective by the end of December, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it has started the process to appoint a new chair with experience in global business development and strategic partnering.
