智通财经APP讯，友联国际教育租赁(01563)发布公告，于2025年12月30日，出租人南山融资租赁(天津)有限公司(作为出租人)为公司的附属公司，与承租人远大能源利用管理有限公司(作为承租人)订立融资租赁协议，据此出租人同意以代价人民币5000万元向承租人购买租赁资产;及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产，租赁期为36个月，租赁总额约为人民币5550.6万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
租赁资产包括承租人的项目节能设备，总帐面价值约为人民币6147.13万元。
融资租赁协议乃于出租人之日常及一般业务过程中订立，预期为本集团带来稳定融资租赁收入及现金流量。董事认为，融资租赁协议及其项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款公平合理地进行，并符合本集团及股东的整体利益。
