智通财经APP获悉，视涯科技(SeeYA)IPO申请近日获得上海市证券交易所审核通过，拟募资20.15亿元人民币，用于扩建OLEDoS显示器产线与研发中心。根据TrendForce集邦咨询统计，AR、VR、MR等近眼显示装置对OLEDoS微显示器的需求有望于2030年达到3,150万片，2025至2030年复合成长率(CAGR)高达81%。

TrendForce集邦咨询表示，SeeYA上市标志着过去Sony(索尼)独占OLEDoS供应的局面被逐步打破，与BOE(京东方)、熙泰、奥雷德等中系厂商共筑本土OLEDoS供应链，未来厂商间若能维持良性价格竞争，将有助推动该技术在AR/VR/MR产品中的渗透率。

在VR/MR朝向轻量化、高分辨率规格发展的背景下，OLEDoS的成本与技术皆逐渐优化，较当前主流的LCD、玻璃OLED更有潜力成为技术领头羊。TrendForce集邦咨询预估，OLEDoS于全球VR/MR市场的渗透率将于2030年上升至近60%。

在AR眼镜领域，尽管轻量化与搭配辅助讯息的发展路径已成为新一代产品开发的主流方向，但搭载OLEDoS的观影类产品凭借极致画质呈现，以及更加完善的供应链，仍将在多元的AR市场中占据一席之地，预计到2030年将持续保有20%以上的市占率。
