智通财经APP讯，中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，公司已于近日收到北京市地方金融管理局就许正文先生担任公司非执行董事及肖旺先生担任公司独立非执行董事的任职资格核准。据此，许正文先生的公司非执行董事任职及肖旺先生的公司独立非执行董事任职已经生效，自2025年12月30日起，至第二届董事会任期届满之日止。自2025年12月30日起，许正文先生亦担任公司第二届董事会审计委员会委员。自2025年12月30日起，肖旺先生亦担任公司第二届董事会薪酬委员会主席、审计委员会委员、提名委员会委员及风险控制委员会委员。
