智通财经APP讯，景业智能(688290.SH)公告，公司拟设立控股子公司杭州景瀚能动科技有限公司(暂定名，“新公司”)，注册资本为5000万元。公司拟以现金出资1750万元，占比35%;杨星团拟出资1135万元，占比22.7%;杭州景润自有资金投资合伙企业(有限合伙)拟出资800万元，占比16%;来建良拟出资750万元，占比15%;杭州合贡自有资金投资合伙企业(有限合伙)拟出资500万元，占比10%;万力拟出资65万元，占比1.3%。新公司主营业务聚焦于先进核能系统及其关键设备的研发、设计及制造。
据悉，本次交易的其他投资方来建良为公司董事长、实际控制人，杭州景润自有资金投资合伙企业(有限合伙)的执行事务合伙人杭州智核智能科技有限公司(“智核科技”)为公司全资子公司。此外，团队技术负责人杨星团教授，系清华大学博士，长期深耕于核能科学与工程的教学与科研一线，曾任清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院副院长、全国反应堆热工流体力学专业委员会副理事长。
