智通财经APP获悉，据港交所1月2日披露，新思考电机股份有限公司(新思考电机)向港交所主板递交上市申请，中金、华泰国际为其联席保荐人。
据招股书，新思考电机成立于2014年，是一家全球领先的微型精密马达制造商。作为影像马达领域的开拓者，新思考电机在全产业链环节建立了深厚的专业能力与专有技术，覆盖材料性能提升、制造工艺以及严格的产品质量控制等方面。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以2024年的收入计，新思考电机在影像马达市场位列全球第六名、中国第三名，占中国影像马达市场的9.1%。以2024年的收入计，在光学防抖(“光学防抖”)影像马达领域，新思考电机位列全球第四名、中国第一名，占中国市场份额的 20.1%。
