Taiton Resources (ASX:T88) issued 3.4 million shares through a placement approved by its shareholders on Nov. 26, 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The remaining 11.7 million shares, part of the tranche two placement and options, will be issued in due course, the filing said.
