Forrestania Resources' (ASX:FRS) off-market takeover offer for all of the fully-paid ordinary shares in Kula Gold (ASX:KGD) became unconditional after the defeating condition to the offer, as outlined in the bid implementation agreement, was fulfilled, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
As of Friday, Forrestania's voting power in Kula was 82.04%.
Forrestania's shares jumped 5% in recent trading on Friday, reaching a four-year peak. Meanwhile, those of Kula fell 3%.
