Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) has met all the conditions for the acquisition of Digitalk Group Holdings, for an enterprise value of about AU$66.4 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The completion of the deal is effective Dec. 31,2025, the filing said.
The deal is also expected to immediately be adjusted earnings per share accretive, the filing added.
