Decidr AI Industries (ASX:DAI) completed its acquisition of US-based artificial intelligence platform Sugarwork, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Sugarwork shareholders received a 4.13% stake in the new Decidr US entity following completion of the transaction, the filing said.
