智通财经APP获悉，2025年12月31日，中国最高人民法院就司美格鲁肽化合物专利相关知识产权作出有利判决。对于最高人民法院支持北京知识产权法院关于维持司美格鲁肽化合物专利有效的判决，诺和诺德(NVO.US)深感欣喜。
诺和诺德全球总裁兼首席执行官(CEO)杜麦克表示：“这一结果对司美格鲁肽意义重大，充分体现了中国政府在保护医药创新方面的坚定支持。这一决定不仅增强了外资企业在华持续发展的信心，也将进一步推动创新药物的研发和引进，造福患者。”
司美格鲁肽是一种由诺和诺德研发的新型长效胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物，是超重和肥胖症治疗药物Wegovy®(国内商品名：诺和盈®)和成人2型糖尿病治疗药物Ozempic®(国内商品名：诺和泰®)及Rybelsus®(国内商品名：诺和忻®)的主要成分。自上市以来，司美格鲁肽在临床上获得广泛认可，并已经累积了约3,800万患者年的使用经验。
诺和诺德此前曾表示：司美格鲁肽化合物专利在国际运营部的部分市场到期，预计将对2026年公司全球销售增长产生低个位数的负面影响，此项判决并未改变这一预期。
