Audience Analytics' (SGX:1AZ) subsidiary, Business Media International, completed the 30% acquisition of a stake in VeecoTech, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company first announced the deal in July 2025, saying its unit had agreed to acquire the stake for up to 5.4 million ringgit.
