1月2日，港股2026年首个交易日，光正教育（代码：06068）开盘即跳水，跌幅一度超过16%，此后逐步反弹，跌幅缩窄至5.48%左右，成交极度萎靡。
公司官网显示，光正教育成立于2023年，是一家以发展基础教育为主的集学校创办、教学研究、教育科技、课外培训、国际教育、网上教育、品牌托管于一体的国内综合教育集团。 光正教育旗下正在运营的高端基础教育学校近二十所，分别位于广东省、山东省、四川省、辽宁省及福建省。
消息面上，光正教育近日披露了截至2025年8月31日财年业绩情况。报告期内，光正教育实现总收入人民币1.31亿元，较2024财年的1.81亿元减少27.7%；净利润同比下降60.3%至3830万元。剔除财务担保等非经营性项目影响后，核心净利润为3480万元，同比降幅收窄至14.5%。
光正教育2017年在港交所主板上市，受2021年《民办教育促进法实施条例》影响，公司已终止义务教育阶段的学校综合入账业务，目前专注于学校供应链及综合教育服务。
