智通财经APP讯，富誉控股(08269)发布公告，于2025年12月1日举行的股东特别大会上通过有关建议更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年12月3日发出更改名称的公司注册证书，确认本公司英文名称由“Wealth Glory Holdings Limited”更改为“Go Up Education Technology Limited”，并采用中文名称“倍升教育科技有限公司”作为本公司双外文名称，以取代现有中文名称“富誉控股有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长于2025年12月17日发出注册非香港公司更改名称证明书，确认本公司新英文名称“Go Up Education Technology Limited”及新中文名称“倍升教育科技有限公司”已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册。
本公司于联交所买卖股份的股票简称将由英文“WEALTH GLORY”更改为“GO UP EDU TECH”，中文简称将由“富誉控股”更改为“倍升教育科技”，自2026年1月7日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，为“8269”。
