智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月31日，福田股份(08196)股东将股票存入凯基证券亚洲，存仓市值485.55万港元，占比14.1%。
福田股份发布公告，配售协议所载的先决条件已获达成。配售事项的完成于2025年12月31日落实。配售代理成功按配售价每股配售股份0.60港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共747万股配售股份。
据董事于作出一切合查询后所深知、全悉及确信，承配人为独立于公司的第三方，且与公司任何关连人士及彼等各自的任何联系人概无关连且并非一致行动。概无承配人于紧随完成后成为公司的主要股东。配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除应付配售代理的配售佣金及配售事项产生的其他开支)约为429万港元，拟将用作集团一般营运资金及业务发展。
