智通财经APP讯，未来世界控股(00572)发布公告，于2025年6月9日至2026年1月2日期间进行的一系列交易中，集团已于公开市场出售2.78亿股小鱼合并前股份，及558.05万股小鱼合并后股份，总代价约为743.7万港元(不包括交易成本)。
集团收购小鱼股份作投资用途。值得注意的是，小鱼股份的交易价格在过去几年一直波动。由于出售事项及基于出售股份的账面值，预期将于集团财务报表确认约197.6万港元的收益(不包括印花税及相关交易开支)，此乃按出售股份的账面值与出售事项的出售所得款项总额(不包括交易成本)之间的差额计算。公司认为，出售事项为集团重新分配资源及投资组合提供机会。出售事项所得款项净额约740万港元将用作集团一般营运资金。
