Shareholders of Centenary United (HKG:1959) will meet Jan. 22 to vote on the proposed change of the company's name to Zhong Ju Investment Group, alongside a change in Chinese name, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The name change is also subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.
The automotive seller believes the new name will give the firm a more defined corporate image and identity and boost future business development.
