Two units of CCT Fortis (HKG:0138) sold their combined 95% interest in Blackbird Works Supply to Entex International for HK$17.1 million, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the securities investor were up over 1% in Friday afternoon trading.
The firm will use the proceeds for working capital.
The target provides car towing and logistics services in Hong Kong.
