Hiap Seng Industries (SGX:1L2) established a new subsidiary, Hiap Seng Energy Technology, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new subsidiary will serve as a general contractor for building construction and upgrading works, along with engineering design and consultancy services.
