Knorex is in late-stage talks with a number of businesses and advertising agencies as the artificial-intelligence digital advertising company works to diversify its customer base.
The company said Wednesday that it "is currently in advanced discussions with several leading advertising agencies and enterprises." It said it wants to strengthen and diversify client relationships after the loss of one major client caused a revenue decline in the first half of 2025.
Knorex Chief Executive Officer Justin Choo said the company is now looking to drive growth following its debut on the New York Stock Exchange in September, projecting accelerated growth in the new year.
"We are now investing aggressively in sales and marketing, sharpening our focus on target customers, and seeing a strong increase in qualified pipeline activity," Choo said. "While revenues during the first half of 2025 were impacted by client-specific dynamics at one partner, the broader demand signals for our platform are stronger than ever."
