消息面上，12月30日，Meta官宣将以“数十亿美元”收购AI智能体产品Manus的开发方。12月，Manus此前披露，其年度经常性收入（ARR）已突破1亿美元，成为全球从零增长到1亿美元ARR最快的初创公司。东吴证券指出，Meta用数十亿美元买单，等于给Agent的重新定价，市场资金更可能向有真实场景、可落地交付与持续订阅收入的标的聚集。
东北证券发布研报称，关注传统SaaS向Agent化的范式转移。掌握核心行业数据资产的垂直软件巨头（如CRM、法律软件、工业管理系统）正通过Agent重构工作流。这种转变将AI从边缘插件变为底层的生产力引擎，显著提升研发与运营效率，承接算力基建后的最大红利。
