Westport Fuel Systems Board Chair Hancock Retires; Guglielmin Succeeds

The chair of Westport Fuel Systems' board of directors, Dan Hancock, retired on Wednesday.

The Canadian technology company said Friday that current director Tony Guglielmin had succeeded Hancock as board chair.

It also said that Brad Kotush, who serves as chief financial officer of ReGen III, is joining the board of directors.
